This is my preliminary front cover. Although it may have a few faults and be very amateur I have expressed the basic layout that I will have on my magazine. The masthead will be in the same position and I will have my main image covering my front cover. Surrounding this will be my main cover line and other cover lines and sub headings. Things may slightly alter on my main magazine although I have used publisher to design a layout for my magazine. As I have done more research into front covers and designs, I have been able to identify the faults in my preliminary front cover design. By researching front covers more, I have been able to study different styles and notice how to catch the readers eye, giving me ideas how to produce a more professional and eye catching front cover for my final design.
